I’ve gone through a few impact drivers over the years, and this is the one that’s stuck around. It’s been dropped off a ladder, left in a hot truck bed all summer, and used for everything from deck builds to assembling approximately one thousand pieces of flat-pack furniture.
The battery interchangeability with the rest of the DeWalt 20V lineup is the real selling point — I’m not buying a different battery for every tool in the garage anymore.
